Hate Market

Hugh Jass The Crosses take everything from my favorite era of Die Kreuzen—from the America's Dairyland comp to their first self-titled album on Touch and Go in 1984—push the aggression way out to the front and bring everything around with a wiser, angrier, honed-by-age-and-experience sound and attitude. I may go out on a limb and share my secret that I may just like what they're doing better than what Die Kreuzen did back then. Not everyone mellows with age, and for some, that's exactly how it should be.

lyrics

HATE MARKET
Is this all we want?
Contamination, convenience, variations of waste
Devoid, empty of compassion, filling the uniform of hate

Glossy flags full of pride, flying high on hate
Sirens scream thru your bloody rage
Sordid broken dreams are just flashy abominations
Cast art on your wall

Wake up
Get Out
Wake up
Get out from under
Too much useless information

Wake up
Get out
Wake up
Get out
Get out
Get out
